Once a product is delivered and the activation/license key has been read, there are no refunds or exchanges possible due to the digital nature of the transfer of active licensing codes.
Every license transaction is final. If you have not yet received the license or activation key from our system, you are qualified for a refund. There won’t be any reimbursement if you’ve already gotten the license or activation key. Prior to purchasing the activation or licensing key, confirm that the software is compatible with your system.
